TERMS & CONDITIONS
The majority of our cycling trips have a standard price of 2,495€ and include the following:
- 4* accommodation with breakfast included
- Seven lunches and two dinners
- Transfers, route planning and trip design
- Bilingual staff/guides
- Support vehicle (when appropriate)
- Food&hydration during rides
Depending on your particular package and destination, pricing/benefits may differ a little.
Norms and regulations
Participating in any of our trips implies the full acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Failure to fulfill our terms, conditions or requirements, as well as unacceptable behavior during the trip to fellow participants or to our staff, may result in the customer’s trip being canceled and the loss of his/her RSVP/security deposit to cover damages and expenses.
Our trips usually require a reservation (RSVP) to guarantee your space. RSVPs allow us to better plan your trip and determine its feasibility, based on the number of reservations we receive.
You can RSVP your trip for 250€ through our website. In addition, you can always pay for your trip up front to guarantee your spot.

Ridingspain may change the trip’s program to ensure its successful implementation, including route design, hotel, restaurants, etc.
Changes may occur as a result of weather, safety, traffic or circumstances beyond our control. Changes will be notified in advance, whenever possible.
Once you have made your RSVP for your trip, we will provide you with a deadline to complete your remaining balance.
Please refer to our cancellation and refunds policy for more information if you decide to cancel your trip.
Customers who don't fulfill payment deadlines will lose their RSVP deposit and their trip slots will be rescinded.
Cancellations and refunds
For cancellations, our refund policy is as follows (a 250€ cancellation management fee applies):
- 90+ days prior to trip: reimbursement of 100%
- 89 to 60 days prior to trip: 75% of total trip paid
- 59 to 30 days prior to trip: 50% of total trip paid
- 29 to 15 days prior to trip: 10% of total trip paid
- 14 days or less/no show: 0% of total trip paid
If we are forced to cancel the trip due to lack of participants major disasters or events out of our control, we'll issue a full refund (our cancellation management fee won't apply in this case).
By participating in our activities, you assume all responsibility for any accidents you may incur during your trip. Our programs may test your physical and mental limits, carrying the potential for death, serious injury and property loss.
The risks of participating in our trips include those caused by terrain, facilities, weather, lack of hydration, equipment, vehicular traffic and actions of others, including fellow participants and/or producers of the activity.
Buying any of our products/services implies that you assume all of the liabilities associated with your order, including negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may take place, including traveling to and from any activity
Image rights disclaimer
Please note that while participating in our travel programs, we may take promo photos/videos of you. Unless you tell us otherwise, you authorize Ridingspain to use these materials for legitimate promotional purposes.
We will provide you with a release form for you to sign upon your arrival in Spain and our base hotel. You can always exercise your right not to sign this form, if you don't agree with its purpose.
